PROFESSIONALISM

Both the Photographer and Client agree to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times — before, during, and after the session. Only individuals essential to the session (such as makeup artists, stylists, or approved assistants) may be present during the shoot unless otherwise agreed.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

When booking through this website or via email, a non-refundable retainer equal to 50% of the total session fee is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session. The retainer may be transferred once to reschedule if necessary; additional reschedules require a new retainer.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

Clients may reschedule once without penalty if done with at least 48 hours’ notice. Additional reschedules or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the retainer and require a new booking. No-shows or failure to arrive on time without prior communication may result in cancellation of the session without refund.

GUESTS & CONDUCT

Guests must be approved in advance and are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately throughout the session. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the session being ended early at the Photographer’s discretion.

LOCATION & TRAVEL

The Client is responsible for selecting and securing the agreed-upon location unless otherwise arranged. Travel fees may apply for locations outside of the Photographer’s service area. Studio sessions can be arranged at an additional cost if not included in your package.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE

All photographs remain the property of Visuals by Dorcas and are protected by copyright law. Clients receive personal usage rights only. Commercial use, resale, or alteration of images without written consent is strictly prohibited. Visuals by Dorcas reserves the right to use images for marketing, portfolio, website, and social media purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
